About the Role
Northwest Petroleum & Gas Company Limited, a leading name in Nigeria's oil and gas sector since 1998, is seeking a diligent and professional Protocol Assistant. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to ensure our executives, official guests, and stakeholders experience seamless engagements and travel operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide protocol and logistical support for executives, guests, and visitors during official engagements.
- Coordinate airport pick-ups, drop-offs, transportation, accommodation, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with flight bookings, itinerary preparation, hotel reservations, and travel logistics.
- Support the planning and coordination of official meetings, events, ceremonies, and conferences.
- Liaise with internal departments, government agencies, embassies, and external organizations on protocol matters.
- Assist with visa applications, travel documentation, permits, and related official paperwork.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information relating to executives and company activities with utmost discretion.
- Process and follow up on protocol-related requests, invoices, and supporting documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, International Relations, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in protocol, administration, executive support, or travel coordination.
- Prior experience working within a structured corporate environment in Nigeria.
- Extensive knowledge of travel arrangements, airport procedures, hospitality services, and corporate protocol.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
