About the Role
Skipper Eye-Q Speciality Eye Hospital, a renowned international healthcare provider with a global network of 42 facilities across India and Nigeria, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Promotional Marketing Officer for our Mobile Van Clinic. In this exciting field-based role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our community footprint, raising awareness about world-class eye care services, and driving patient footfall through targeted outreach programs.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and coordinate community eye screening camps, corporate health talks, and neighborhood outreach programs using our mobile van clinic to drive facility footfall.
- Identify, secure, and maintain strategic relationships with corporate entities, community leaders, and schools for eye screening camps and sustainable referral networks.
- Plan and execute targeted promotional campaigns for specialized eye care packages, seasonal discounts, and advanced clinic services.
- Manage the distribution of field marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and promotional banners.
- Support localized digital marketing initiatives and enhance local community brand visibility.
- Track and submit daily or weekly performance reports on referral leads, event outcomes, and campaign ROI using MS Excel and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven marketing experience, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or hospitality sectors in Nigeria.
- Exceptional interpersonal, networking, and direct field-marketing negotiation skills.
- High proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel) and familiarity with localized digital promotion channels.
- Willingness to travel locally and interstate for mobile clinic activities, alongside availability for occasional weekend events and conferences.
