About the Role
DreamCity Properties, a leading private residential and commercial developer in Nigeria established in 2010, is looking for a strategic and results-driven Projects Supervisor - Structure. You will provide overarching technical and administrative direction for our premier project portfolios, including high-rise and mixed-use buildings, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the entire project lifecycle of multiple real estate developments from conception to final handover.
- Serve as the primary liaison with Abuja regulatory agencies to secure necessary building permits and approvals efficiently.
- Implement advanced project management methodologies to optimize resource allocation and ensure peak performance.
- Oversee multi-billion Naira project budgets, financial objectives, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a multidisciplinary team of Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Architects.
- Enforce rigorous Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across all active construction sites.
- Mitigate construction, logistical, and regulatory risks while providing comprehensive status reports to leadership.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's degree is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive construction and project management experience in Abuja.
- Mandatory COREN registration and active NSE membership (PMP certification is a strong plus).
- Extensive, proven experience navigating Abuja lands and building regulatory frameworks.
- Strong financial acumen in multi-billion Naira budget management and cost control.
- Age range of 35 to 45 years with a track record of delivering high-rise or large-scale structures.
