About the Role
DreamCity Properties, a leading private residential and commercial developer in Nigeria since 2010, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Projects Supervisor (Structure) to lead our expanding portfolio. Known for landmark estates such as DreamCity Signature Estates and DACEMPCS, we are committed to delivering exceptional residential and commercial assets with strong investment returns. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing large-scale construction projects, high-rise buildings, and mixed-use developments while successfully navigating the regulatory landscape of Abuja.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical and administrative direction for the entire project lifecycle of multiple real estate developments from conception to handover.
- Serve as the primary liaison with Abuja regulatory agencies to secure necessary building permits and approvals efficiently.
- Implement advanced project management methodologies to optimize resource allocation, streamline processes, and enhance project performance.
- Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring financial objectives are met and cost-saving initiatives are implemented.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of Project Managers, Site Engineers, Architects, and technical staff.
- Enforce rigorous Quality Assurance and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards across all active project sites.
- Mitigate project risks related to construction, logistics, and regulatory compliance.
- Engage professionally with clients, contractors, and consultants while providing regular KPI reports to management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; a Master's degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in senior project management within the Nigerian real estate and construction sector.
- Mandatory COREN registration and valid membership with the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE).
- PMP certification is a distinct advantage.
- Proven expertise in liaising with Abuja land and building regulatory agencies.
- Strong financial acumen in multi-billion Naira project budgeting and cost control.
- Candidate age must be between 37 and 45 years.
