About the Role
DreamCity Properties, a premier private residential and commercial developer established in 2010, is seeking a driven and experienced Projects Supervisor to join our growing team in Nigeria. Known for landmark projects like DreamCity Signature Estates and DACEMPCS Housing Estate, we are dedicated to delivering standard residential properties and commercial assets with outstanding investment returns across Africa.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, construction workflows, and project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure adherence to architectural designs and quality standards.
- Monitor site progress, manage resource allocation, and resolve operational bottlenecks promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare comprehensive project status reports, including milestone achievements and budget updates for management.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in construction project supervision within the Nigerian real estate industry.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, construction methodologies, and safety regulations in Lagos and Abuja.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite, with a valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
