Key Responsibilities- Lead and support operational projects from initial mobilization through to completion, ensuring alignment with global company standards.
- Ensure consistently high-quality service delivery and strict compliance with medical and operational regulations.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong client relationships at medical services locations, actively managing service expectations and contractual requirements.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to achieve shared operational goals and KPIs.
- Monitor ongoing performance, optimize operational processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coach, mentor, and support field teams to consistently deliver exceptional results in challenging environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field with at least 3 years of post-graduation experience, or equivalent professional background.
- A background as a health professional or in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) will be considered a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in an operations delivery role, ideally within healthcare, oil and gas, mining, or construction.
- Proven track record in managing day-to-day operations and handling project mobilizations and demobilizations within strict timelines.
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement, client relationship management, and remote team communication.
- Willingness and ability to undertake regular short-term travel to remote sites and offices across Nigeria.
