About the Role

ABNL Limited is a leading 100% indigenous oil and gas servicing company incorporated in 1992, dedicated to delivering professional engineering and technical solutions across Nigeria and the West African sub-region. We are currently looking for a skilled Projects - Contracts Advisor III to join our dynamic team and support the successful implementation of major project contracting strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end contracting process, including strategy development, contractor qualification, tender issuance, and rigorous proposal evaluations.
  • Develop detailed Contracting Plans, Invitation to Tender (ITT) packages, and maintain comprehensive correspondence databases.
  • Lead and support commercial negotiations of contractual terms, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and final project proposals.
  • Oversee contract administration, manage the change control process, and monitor contractor subcontracting activities to mitigate commercial risks.
  • Establish contract close-out plans and execute final settlement agreements with contractors to ensure complete project deliverables.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering is strongly preferred.
  • Extensive professional experience in Contracts Engineering, Administration, and commercial negotiations within the oil and gas sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project execution principles, contractor management, and tender processes.
  • Relevant professional certifications from recognized bodies such as ISM (CPM / CPSM), APICS, or PMP.
  • Flexibility to travel for business or relocate to domestic and overseas project sites as required.
