We are seeking a dynamic Projects Associate, AI Transformation to help design, deploy, and scale cutting-edge AI solutions across our operations and strategic programs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage key workstreams for AI advisory engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables like technical documentation and client presentations.
- Diagnose organizational bottlenecks and map user journeys to identify high-impact opportunities for automation and AI augmentation.
- Configure bespoke AI agents and build low-code workflows using platforms like Zapier, Make, or n8n to integrate AI into daily operations.
- Facilitate interactive training workshops and design learning materials to drive seamless organizational change and technology adoption.
- Track project success, conduct quality testing and red-teaming, and operationalize ethical AI governance frameworks.
- 2 to 6 years of professional experience in consulting, digital transformation, or product operations.
- Demonstrated expertise as an AI power user with hands-on experience building no-code AI agents and low-code automations.
- Strong product thinking skills with a proven ability to conduct user research, map workflows, and translate complex problems into actionable solutions.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to distill technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical rigor and problem-solving abilities, with comfort in utilizing data to measure project impact.
