About the Role

Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited is looking for a dedicated and experienced Project to Asset / Statement of Fitness Coordinator to join our growing team in the oil and gas sector. In this crucial role, you will oversee the seamless transition of complex engineering projects into reliable operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout the startup phase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for Project to Asset (P2A) and Statement of Fitness (SoF) program delivery from FID to normal operations.
  • Prepare Statement of Fitness documentation for completed systems in line with Asset Integrity Process Safety Management standards.
  • Manage integrated commissioning activities and verify readiness through Verification Certificate of Readiness (VCRs).
  • Coordinate with Asset focal persons to implement Asset Management System components.
  • Coach delivery and receiving parties on P2A skills and competencies to ensure timely milestone sign-offs.

Qualifications
  • HND or equivalent in Chemical Engineering or related engineering and science disciplines.
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in Oil and Gas or LNG plant commissioning, startup, and P2A transitions.
  • Strong leadership, change management, and interpersonal skills with proven multi-discipline team management experience.
  • Familiarity with modern systematic CSU processes and planning systems.
  • Proficiency in HSSE risk management and emergency response competencies.
