We are currently seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Project Monitoring Intern to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our engineering operations, ensuring that project activities adhere strictly to approved timelines, quality standards, and overarching organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Track ongoing project progress and update comprehensive project status reports regularly.
- Monitor critical project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- Conduct routine site visits and meticulously document field observations and progress.
- Follow up proactively with cross-functional project teams regarding assigned action items.
- Assist management in identifying potential project risks, operational delays, and escalation points.
- Maintain highly accurate project records, documentation, and digital filing systems.
- Support the preparation and compilation of detailed weekly and monthly project reports.
- Ensure strict adherence and compliance with internal project procedures and reporting requirements.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Engineering, Project Management, or a closely related field.
- Basic foundational knowledge of project management principles, particularly within the Nigerian engineering sector.
- Proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and detailed reporting skills.
- Good verbal and written communication abilities paired with strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
