About the Role
M-P Infrastructure Limited is a leading infrastructure development and management company committed to bridging Africa’s infrastructure deficit across renewable energy, power, water, and telecommunications. We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager – Telecom Site Build to oversee the successful execution and delivery of critical telecom site projects in Nigeria on a 1-year renewable contract.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee civil and structural works, ensuring sites are completed and handed over ready for installation according to the Scope of Work.
- Serve as the primary client contact, managing BOQs, tracking quantities, handling variations, and preparing progress reports.
- Develop project schedules, manage subcontractor relationships, and mitigate site risks while ensuring adherence to HSE and QA/QC standards.
- Coordinate tower erection, foundation works, earthing, fencing, and compile comprehensive as-built documentation for seamless project closeout.
- B.Eng or B.Sc in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of infrastructure and telecom project management experience.
- Extensive knowledge of TSS, tower erection, foundation works, retaining walls, and civil site build processes.
- Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, AutoCAD drawing interpretation, and strong BOQ management capabilities.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are a distinct advantage.
- Competitive gross monthly salary of ₦500,000.
