About the Role

Fort Knox Group, a premier diversified security and financial services organization with over 95 years of global excellence, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to join our esteemed team in Abuja, Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead major infrastructural developments, ranging from interior fit-outs and renovations to large-scale civil construction works, ensuring seamless execution across the West African sub-region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the development of comprehensive project execution plans, master schedules, and resource allocation strategies while managing the full project lifecycle.
  • Take full ownership of project budgets, cost forecasting, cash flow management, vendor negotiations, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) validations.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Nigerian building codes, engineering standards, and company quality benchmarks through rigorous technical oversight.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership, clients, external consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Enforce a zero-tolerance safety culture and execute robust risk mitigation strategies aligned with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is an added advantage.
  • Mandatory professional certification such as COREN, NSE, NIOB, PMP, or equivalent recognized bodies.
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive construction project management experience, with notable exposure to civil works and interior renovations.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools including MS Project, AutoCAD, and relevant project management software.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with exceptional stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
