About the Role
Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited is a premier provider of technical staffing, inspection, and project support services within the Nigerian oil and gas industry. We are currently seeking a dynamic and accomplished Project Manager (Major Capital Projects) III to drive the successful execution of our high-value engineering initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring that all major capital projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and under budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, implement, and finalize major capital projects according to strict specifications, budgets, and deadlines.
- Integrate development planning and subsurface teamwork products into comprehensive, overarching project plans.
- Lead the dedicated Project Team and Project Leadership Team (PLT) to resolve key operational and technical issues.
- Define project governance policies, manage financial concerns, and allocate necessary resources effectively.
- Maintain critical commercial, co-venture, and government relationships pertinent to project success.
- Interface seamlessly across all organizational levels and business units, as well as partner with external vendors.
- Bachelor of Science (BS) or Master of Science (MS) in Engineering.
- Extensive experience in major capital projects within the oil and gas industry.
- Demonstrated background in international projects, including a minimum of two overseas assignments.
- Proven expertise in major capital project execution and proficiency across core project management disciplines such as scheduling, cost estimating, and procurement.
- Hands-on experience in one or more technical disciplines including Marine, Facilities, Subsea, Pipelines, and Structures.
