About the Role
HR-on-Wheels, a premier HR solutions provider for startups and SMEs, is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Project Manager (Architect) to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to design, plan, and oversee architectural projects while working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage architectural projects from conception through completion
- Coordinate project teams, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and realistic timelines
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery within approved budgets
- Review architectural designs, drawings, and technical documentation for accuracy
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Manage client relationships and provide regular, transparent project updates
- Ensure strict adherence to building regulations and industry standards
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in architectural project management
- Strong knowledge of project planning, construction processes, and contract administration
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and related software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Professional certification or membership with a recognized architectural body (advantageous)
