About the Role
Chieke Properties, a leading real estate investment company with developmental projects spanning Enugu and Lagos State, is seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to join our expanding team. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing real estate development projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure that all construction and development activities align with our high standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the end-to-end management of residential and commercial real estate development projects in Enugu and Lagos.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate closely with architects, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor on-site progress, conduct regular quality inspections, and resolve any operational bottlenecks promptly.
- Manage project budgets, approve expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to executive management and key investors.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in real estate project management or construction oversight.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market, specifically within Lagos and Enugu states.
