About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Project Manager to lead the execution and successful delivery of complex enterprise technology projects for our clients in Nigeria.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs our Technical Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end project lifecycles and ensure alignment with business goals. Your core duties will include:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP, SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, and ERP implementation projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, and success measures.
- Coordinate cross-functional multidisciplinary teams, including business users, technical consultants, and external vendors.
- Establish project governance, manage risks, track budgets, and handle change requests effectively.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment readiness, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
We are looking for a seasoned professional who brings a blend of technical expertise and strong leadership capabilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- 7 to 10 years of professional experience, with 4 to 5 years specifically managing enterprise technology or SAP projects.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and ERP implementation lifecycles.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are highly desirable.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
