In this role, you will play a crucial part in our supply chain by receiving, inspecting, documenting, and verifying incoming goods while ensuring accurate inventory records and proper stock handling. Key Responsibilities- Receive and inspect all incoming goods and deliveries thoroughly upon arrival.
- Verify quantities, product specifications, and quality against official invoices and delivery notes.
- Identify, document, and report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items immediately.
- Record all received goods accurately into the company inventory system or stock register.
- Ensure proper labeling, neat arrangement, and safe storage of all received items.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate receiving records and related documentation.
- Coordinate seamlessly with procurement and warehouse teams to resolve any discrepancies.
- Ensure strict compliance with company stock receiving procedures and safety standards.
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification; an OND or equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
- Previous working experience in stock receiving, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
- Possession of basic computer literacy skills and strong numerical proficiency.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and work efficiently under pressure.
- Must be willing and able to resume work by 7:00 AM daily on a permanent day shift.
- Reside in or around Ketu, Mile 12, Kosofe, or easily accessible locations in Lagos.
