About the Role
International Facilities Services Limited (IFS) is a leading integrated facilities management company operating to global standards across Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, and the Middle East. We are currently seeking a hands-on Project Manager to drive delivery excellence across our multi-site operations, owning projects from scoping to completion while enforcing the high standards our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple simultaneous projects across departments, ensuring milestones, blockers, and risks are actively managed.
- Build and manage comprehensive project trackers using Excel and MS Project to maintain full operational visibility.
- Drive cross-functional and site team accountability, proactively identifying and resolving blockers before they impact delivery.
- Design, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), internal tools, and quality assurance checkpoints during site visits.
- Manage vendor and third-party relationships to ensure all deliverables and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Analyze operational data to surface inefficiencies and produce polished visual dashboards and reports for leadership review.
- Four to seven years of professional experience in project management, operations, or related delivery roles within facilities management, construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
- PMP certification is a strong advantage, though demonstrated delivery discipline and execution track record are prioritized.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, MS Project, and Canva for creating stakeholder-ready visuals and presentations.
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and enforce SOPs and rigorous quality standards in a multi-site or field operations environment.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to drive accountability without direct authority.
