Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project management from conception through to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Manage key internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to align project goals and expectations.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication, task delegation, and seamless execution.
- Drive profitability and financial accountability across all assigned projects while optimizing resource allocation.
- Maintain high levels of client and customer satisfaction by consistently delivering exceptional results and proactive problem-solving.
- Utilize strong administrative, planning, and organizational skills to streamline processes in a dynamic setting.
- Possession of a relevant Diploma or Bachelor Degree (minimum NQF level 7).
- 6 to 8 years of proven professional experience in project management.
- Previous working exposure within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector will be considered a strong advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proven capability in multi-tasking, time management, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
