About the Role
AceRoyal Estates Homes Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our affordable housing projects. In this pivotal role, you will lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, directly supporting our mission to create accessible housing solutions aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, schedule, and oversee all project phases from conception to completion
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure project profitability and efficiency
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project momentum
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Prepare detailed progress reports and present findings to senior management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven project management experience in real estate or construction
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
