About the Role
Alphabait Realty is a premium real estate development firm specializing in residential and multi-use projects designed with incredible artistry and impeccable architecture. As an epoch-making entity, we aim to create a portfolio of high-value properties for our client base while offering profitable investment opportunities to the general public. We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our real estate construction projects from initial planning through final completion in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
- Supervise site activities and ensure projects are executed according to approved plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, engineers, artisans, and other project teams.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure construction work meets required quality and safety standards.
- Manage project resources, materials, and manpower effectively.
- Identify project risks, delays, and challenges and take appropriate corrective action.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and other project documents.
- Monitor project costs and ensure effective budget management.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper documentation of project activities.
- Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and specifications.
- Liaise with management, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management, construction, or real estate development.
- Demonstrated success managing construction projects from commencement to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project planning, budgeting, and site management.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of construction quality and safety standards.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, or other relevant project management tools is an added advantage.
- Must be willing to work on-site and travel to project locations when required.
