About the Role
Vantegral Consulting is looking for a results-driven Project Manager to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, monitoring, and closing projects to ensure delivery within approved scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards. You will collaborate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders while proactively managing project risks and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Track project progress against approved plans, budgets, and key deliverables, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Build effective working relationships with stakeholders, lead project meetings, and communicate decisions clearly.
- Identify, assess, and monitor project risks while ensuring compliance with company policies and HSE standards.
- Prepare timely project status reports, dashboards, and conduct post-project reviews to document lessons learned.
- Minimum of a B.Sc./B.Eng. in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification in Project Management such as PMP is an added advantage.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management or coordination within a structured corporate or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, methodologies, and proficiency in MS Project and Excel.
