We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to join our elite team and drive the successful execution of our ambitious real estate and infrastructure projects in Abuja and other locations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end construction projects from initial planning and budgeting through execution, completion, and handover.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, work breakdown structures, and cost control measures.
- Supervise and coordinate project teams, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure optimal performance.
- Interpret complex construction drawings, technical specifications, bills of quantities, and related documents.
- Enforce strict health, safety, environmental, and quality assurance standards across all construction sites.
- Monitor daily project progress proactively, mitigate risks, resolve site issues promptly, and guarantee timely delivery.
- Liaise effectively with senior management, government regulatory agencies, and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of proven project management experience within the construction, real estate, or infrastructure sectors.
- Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or active membership in recognized professional bodies.
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and construction contract administration.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
