About the Role
Smart Partners is looking for a results-driven Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of our strategic initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources effectively, and ensure projects align with our high standards of quality and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate project teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure efficient task execution.
- Develop and monitor project budgets, track actual costs, and address variances proactively.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, management, and external stakeholders to manage expectations.
- Identify project risks, establish mitigation strategies, and maintain a robust risk register.
- Ensure deliverables meet agreed specifications, quality standards, and company policies.
- Track overall performance against KPIs, preparing periodic status reports for leadership.
- Control scope creep and manage change requests efficiently through proper approval channels.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant professional project management experience.
- Proven track record of managing project teams, budgets, timelines, and stakeholders successfully.
- PMP, Agile, or other recognized professional certifications will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in modern project management and productivity tools.
