About the Role
Del-York Medi, a leading full-scale media, marketing, and communications company within the Del-York Group, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager (State-Based) to lead the successful delivery of a 12-month renewable project within an assigned state. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary state-level focal point, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, resources, and vital stakeholders to achieve project objectives within scope, timeline, and budget.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain state-level project workplans, implementation schedules, and activity trackers.
- Lead day-to-day project execution, ensuring timely achievement of deliverables and key performance indicators.
- Coordinate project teams, vendors, partners, and resources for seamless operational execution.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Del-York Group, government agencies, community organisations, and project partners.
- Monitor project scope, timelines, and deliverables, proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks.
- Track project expenditures in collaboration with the finance team to ensure strict budget compliance.
- Prepare comprehensive regular reports detailing progress, achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of proven project management experience, successfully overseeing projects from initiation to close-out.
- Recognized professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM.
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, team leadership, risk management, and budget tracking.
- Prior experience working with government institutions, NGOs, or donor-funded projects is highly advantageous.
