About the Role
Jean Edwards Consulting has been providing top-tier data and change management services to the finance industry and public sector since 2005. We are currently looking for a detail-driven, proactive Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the delivery of high-quality client and internal initiatives, ensuring perfect alignment across stakeholders, timelines, and strategic priorities. You will leverage your technical curiosity to grasp complex requirements quickly, communicate persuasively, and solve problems proactively before they escalate in our fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex projects across multiple time zones.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, blockers, and opportunities, driving all issues through to rapid resolution.
- Maintain clear project documentation, robust governance standards, and professional client-facing communications.
- Manage project scope, budget allocation, resource deployment, strict timelines, and overall delivery quality.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with diverse clients and internal stakeholders as a trusted coordination point.
- Collaborate seamlessly with technical and non-technical teams, showing a strong willingness to understand products and solution designs.
- Facilitate engaging workshops, planning sessions, and project reviews to keep delivery initiatives on track.
- Continuously improve project delivery processes, management tools, and organizational ways of working.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional project management experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with proven stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly understand technical language, requirements, and system integrations.
- Proven experience working effectively within remote, distributed team environments.
- Proficiency in standard project tools including Jira, Miro, Microsoft Project Planner, and MS PowerPoint.
- Formal project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are highly desirable.
- Prior experience in reinsurance, insurance, financial services, consulting, or AI/tech sectors is a strong plus.
