We are currently looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Project Management Instructor to join our dynamic team in Ibadan. In this hybrid role, you will shape the next generation of tech professionals by delivering engaging, practical lessons on essential project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver comprehensive, practical lessons on project management principles, tools, and workflows.
- Prepare instructional materials, lead interactive classes, and facilitate engaging workshops.
- Guide learners through hands-on, project-based assignments and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
- Collaborate with fellow tutors to align course content with Cirvee Academy's rigorous standards.
- Continuously refine and update the curriculum to reflect current industry trends and learner needs.
- Support learners by addressing questions, overcoming academic challenges, and ensuring an exceptional educational experience.
- Proven practical experience in project management, including utilizing tools such as Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Prior training experience in delivering workshops, courses, or coaching sessions in project management or related fields.
- Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum are highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical, management development, and customer service-oriented skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to adapt teaching styles to diverse learning levels.
- Familiarity with hybrid teaching environments, virtual classrooms, and learning management systems.
