About the Role
Crown Interactive is a pioneering London-based technology business delivering innovative service aggregation solutions and Business Support Systems (BSS) across emerging markets with headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria. We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Learning Academy Director to build and scale our Academy as a high-impact, revenue-generating certification platform supporting adoption of our core products like 1Gov, CuBOSS, and CICOD.
Key Responsibilities- Define the Academy portfolio, pricing strategy, revenue model, and annual operating plans to ensure commercial sustainability.
- Develop role-based curricula, assessments, and rigorous certification standards with robust quality assurance.
- Manage end-to-end delivery logistics, instructor networks, and learner experiences to track completion rates and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with the CTIO and CTO to maintain technical accuracy while partnering with the CMO on market positioning and demand generation.
- Build and nurture a growing ecosystem of certified professionals, partners, and implementation capacity pools across multiple countries.
- Relevant bachelor's degree with professional learning, training, or educational certifications being highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated senior leadership experience in professional certification, technology enablement, or capability development.
- Strong background in managing commercial training portfolios, digital learning platforms, and instructional quality standards.
