About the Role

As we continue to expand our operations in Nigeria, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Management Engineer to champion the delivery of enterprise-grade IT infrastructure initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy, ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to guide end-to-end execution of IT infrastructure initiatives.
- Manage complex projects encompassing networks, servers, virtualization, storage, and data center operations within high-availability environments.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional project execution teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from initial requirements definition and planning to smooth operational handover and documentation.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while facilitating Change Advisory Board (CAB) and incident review sessions.
- Prepare accurate project status reports and deliver performance updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Translate technical initiatives into measurable business outcomes that support our overarching growth strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant post-NYSC project management experience within the technology or telecommunications sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing infrastructure technologies including networks, storage, virtualization, and data centers.
- Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile, alongside ITIL principles.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, analytical, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are a distinct advantage.
