About the Role
Desol Medical Solutions Limited is a renowned modern medical equipment sales and services company specializing in medical equipment sales, physical and online health services, health education, research, healthcare partnerships, and medical personnel recruitment. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development and Project Management Officer to support our continued expansion, manage key client relationships, coordinate healthcare projects, prepare strategic proposals, and leverage technology-driven business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare and medical equipment sector.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and healthcare partners.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals, commercial quotations, and engaging business presentations.
- Coordinate, monitor, and ensure successful delivery of company projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare accurate operational reports and maintain meticulous project documentation.
- Utilize CRM software, project management platforms, and modern AI productivity tools to streamline daily operations.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Business Management, Business Administration, Management Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business development, project coordination, or related roles.
- Strong communication, advanced proposal writing, and exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, project management software, and emerging AI tools.
- Professional Project Management certification will be a distinct advantage.
