About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Engineer to join our thriving team and drive the successful execution of our upcoming developments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Oversee all technical aspects of construction projects from conception through to final delivery.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks while ensuring strict compliance with Nigerian industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement innovative engineering solutions to solve complex technical challenges.
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of junior engineers and site professionals to foster a high-performing work culture.
- Communicate project status, progress updates, and roadblocks effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, architects, contractors, and clients.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and adopt engineering best practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in project engineering and construction management.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex commercial and private projects.
- Exceptional problem-solving, project management, and technical assessment skills.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Deep understanding of industry regulations, safety standards, and construction best practices in Nigeria.
