Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project activities, site visits, schedules, milestones, deliverables, payment timelines, and action points across multiple active projects.
  • Liaise seamlessly with contractors, consultants, vendors, and site supervisors to monitor progress, ensure compliance, and drive timely project execution.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including contracts, technical drawings, progress reports, variation orders, payment certificates, and project trackers.
  • Assist with Bills of Quantities (BoQs), cost estimates, measurement take-offs, interim valuations, variations, and tender submissions.
  • Support the Senior Project Manager with professional correspondence, meetings, status reports, procurement coordination, and site logistics.
Qualifications
  • B.Sc. or HND qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil, Mechanical, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related built-environment discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Project Coordination, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Plant Installation, or Industrial and Manufacturing projects.
  • Strong project management capabilities with a demonstrated history of managing schedules, deliverables, multiple workstreams, and stakeholder follow-ups.
  • Working knowledge of BoQs, measurements, cost estimates, valuations, payment certificates, and basic contract administration, with NIQS membership as an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with industry-standard project scheduling and tracking tools.
