About the Role

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the effective coordination and execution of multiple projects from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring that all schedules, deliverables, and cost objectives are successfully met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily project activities, schedules, milestones, deliverables, site visits, and action points while supporting timely execution.
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, vendors, and site supervisors to track progress, resolve outstanding actions, and maintain robust risk and issue logs.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, technical drawings, reports, correspondence, trackers, variation orders, and payment certificates.
  • Support commercial and cost management activities including Bills of Quantities (BoQs), cost estimates, measurement take-offs, and tender submissions.
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings, follow-ups, and administrative activities to ensure multiple workstreams are driven efficiently to completion.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Quantity Surveying, Civil, Mechanical, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related built-environment discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of proven experience in Project Coordination, Project Support, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Plant Installation, or Industrial and Manufacturing projects.
  • Strong project management orientation with exceptional ability to manage schedules, deliverables, and cross-functional stakeholder follow-ups.
  • Working knowledge of BoQs, measurements, interim valuations, cost estimates, and contract administration, with Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) membership being a distinct advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with modern project scheduling and tracking tools.
