Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive architectural designs, floor plans, elevations, and detailed working drawings using industry-standard software.
- Prepare and submit accurate documentation for statutory approvals, building permits, and planning permissions with regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, quantity surveyors, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections and supervision to monitor construction quality and adherence to approved architectural drawings.
- Maintain precise project records, design revisions, and submit timely site inspection reports within required deadlines.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant architectural design and construction site experience.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and 3D Max.
- Thorough understanding of Nigerian building regulations, planning approvals, and construction processes.
- Professional membership with relevant architectural bodies will be an added advantage.
