About the Role
Join CWW Tech Africa as a Programs Coordinator and play a vital role in delivering transformative educational technology solutions across Africa. You will oversee the seamless coordination of training programs, workshops, bootcamps, and short courses designed to equip African youths with essential digital and tech skills.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the planning and delivery of all training programs, workshops, bootcamps, and short courses
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program schedules, calendars, class timetables, and training plans
- Manage instructor, facilitator, mentor, and program staff coordination
- Ensure course materials, classrooms, online platforms, and learning resources are fully prepared before sessions
- Monitor student attendance, participation, assessments, and overall program progress
- Communicate program information, schedules, updates, and changes to all stakeholders
- Collect and analyze feedback from students and instructors to recommend program improvements
- Prepare detailed program reports on enrollment, attendance, completion rates, and performance metrics
- Support the development and review of course content and learning activities
- Ensure all programs comply with institutional policies and quality standards
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Education, Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in program coordination, education, training, or project administration
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management tools, and online learning platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
