In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate records, supporting our vibrant student population of 15,000, and contributing to the smooth operational flow of our academic departments. Key Responsibilities- Input, update, and maintain student records, academic scores, and administrative data in the college database with high accuracy.
- Generate routine reports, spreadsheets, and documentation for departmental reviews and institutional assessments.
- Collaborate with academic staff to verify data entries and resolve discrepancies in student records promptly.
- Assist in the digital archiving of institutional documents, ensuring strict data confidentiality and security protocols.
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to the department as required by management.
- Candidates must possess five (5) O Level credit passes, including Mathematics and English Language, obtained in not more than two sittings.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently under minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous administrative or data entry experience within an educational institution will be an added advantage.
