About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Programmes, Partnerships and Communications Manager to support the strategic growth and day-to-day delivery of CGI Nigeria’s programmes, memberships, communications, and partnerships. In this vital role, you will translate strategic priorities into impactful initiatives that expand our reach, strengthen executive engagement, and elevate our overall market visibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement robust strategies to grow, engage, and retain individual and corporate members while tracking performance targets.
  • Design and deliver annual programme strategies addressing critical climate, nature, and governance priorities for Nigerian boards.
  • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate high-level executive events including conferences, webinars, roundtables, and board development workshops.
  • Execute comprehensive communications strategies across digital and traditional channels in collaboration with public relations partners.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with government regulators, academia, development partners, and the private sector to identify funding and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Support the Executive Director in secretariat management, governance meeting coordination, and action tracking.
Qualifications
  • First degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Policy, Sustainability, or a related discipline.
  • 5 to 7 years of proven experience in programme management, corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, or partnership development.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage confidently with senior executives, board directors, and key global stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with strong report-writing capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and modern collaboration tools.
