About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Program Manager to lead the execution of high-impact healthcare programs and strategic initiatives across Federal and State levels. In this vital role, you will act as a catalyst for building and managing robust partnerships that strengthen healthcare delivery, expand patient access, and drive measurable health outcomes throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate diverse stakeholders across government, healthcare institutions, professional associations, NGOs, donor agencies, pharmaceutical companies, private sector organizations, and healthcare funders to ensure successful program implementation.
  • Drive ecosystem collaboration, facilitate strategic partnerships, and support market access initiatives to translate strategic priorities into tangible results across the healthcare landscape.
  • Manage end-to-end program lifecycles, ensuring effective resource allocation, strict adherence to budgets, and robust monitoring and evaluation (M&E) practices.
  • Lead proposal development efforts and drive resource mobilization to expand the reach and sustainability of healthcare initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Public Health, Health Sciences, Biological Sciences, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field with a minimum of a second class upper degree.
  • Master's Degree in Public Health (MPH), Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Management, Health Economics, International Development, or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in partnership and stakeholder management, healthcare ecosystem knowledge, and public-private partnerships (PPPs).
  • Professional certifications such as PMP or Prince2 are a strong advantage.
