We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to take end-to-end ownership of donor-funded, grant-supported, and private sector projects across Nigeria, with a strong focus on public health, data collection, and digital delivery. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned operator to run complex multi-state programmes, engage with key government agencies and donors, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and fully compliant.

  • Act as the primary interface with donor agencies, implementing partners, and government stakeholders including NAFDAC, NMEP, and state ministries of health.
  • Oversee field operations, training programmes, call-centre surveys, and digital data collection workflows while safeguarding data quality and privacy under the NDPA.
  • Produce comprehensive donor reports covering narrative, financial, and monitoring and evaluation inputs in collaboration with internal teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, public health, social sciences, engineering, business management, or a related field; a Master's degree is highly desirable.

  • Proven experience collaborating with major international funders like USAID, The Global Fund, Gates Foundation, or FCDO.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, donor-grade report writing, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary package commensurate with experience.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and leadership within an award-winning technology organization.
  • Health insurance and other corporate welfare benefits.
  • The chance to make a tangible, large-scale impact on public health and digital service delivery in Nigeria.
