About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Profit Centre Manager to oversee our Personal Banking and SME portfolios. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building lasting customer relationships, and leading a high-performing branch team to achieve financial targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive branch strategies to achieve deposit, loan, and revenue targets for Personal Banking and SME segments.
- Drive aggressive customer acquisition and retention initiatives within the local market to expand the bank's market share.
- Manage credit portfolios effectively, ensuring high asset quality and low non-performing loan ratios.
- Provide visionary leadership, coaching, and performance management to branch staff to foster a culture of excellence.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory frameworks, internal policies, and risk management guidelines.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with high-net-worth individuals and key SME business leaders in the community.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant cognate banking experience with a proven track record in branch marketing and portfolio management.
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian retail and SME banking landscape.
