Key Responsibilities- Provide strong academic leadership within the Department of Mass Communication and the Faculty of Social and Management Sciences.
- Deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate lectures using modern, technology-driven teaching methodologies.
- Supervise postgraduate research students at the Master's and PhD levels.
- Conduct high-impact research and publish extensively in reputable, peer-reviewed local and international journals.
- Contribute to curriculum development, departmental administration, and institutional growth.
- Mentor junior academic staff and foster a culture of academic excellence and integrity.
- Must possess a PhD in Mass Communication or a closely related discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of cognate university teaching and research experience.
- Demonstrated record of outstanding academic leadership and substantial peer-reviewed publications.
- Proven track record of successful postgraduate teaching and thesis supervision.
- Proficiency in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for modern educational delivery.
