Key Responsibilities- Provide academic leadership in the Faculty of Law through innovative undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.
- Conduct high-impact, peer-reviewed research and publish extensively in reputable national and international scholarly outlets.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research dissertations and theses.
- Mentor junior academic staff and contribute to curriculum development and program accreditation.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committees, as well as community engagement initiatives.
- Possess a Ph.D. degree in Law or a closely related relevant field from a recognized and accredited university.
- Minimum of 12 years of full-time teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution, with a proven track record of professorial status or readiness for the rank.
- Demonstrated extensive publication record in reputable peer-reviewed national and international journals.
- Active membership in relevant professional legal bodies and associations.
- Strong administrative capacity, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to institutional values.
