Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality finance instruction and curriculum development
- Conduct and publish rigorous academic research in finance disciplines
- Supervise postgraduate students and guide dissertations
- Contribute to department strategy and institutional governance
- Engage in professional service and industry partnerships
- Mentor junior faculty and emerging scholars
- Ph.D. in Finance or related discipline
- Minimum 15 peer-reviewed scholarly journal publications
- At least 10 years of teaching, research, and university experience
- Demonstrated expertise in finance theory and practice
