Key Responsibilities- Investigate and prosecute economic, financial, and cyber crimes in collaboration with law enforcement agencies.
- Provide sound legal advice, draft legal documents, and review case files to ensure successful prosecution.
- Enforce provisions of relevant laws and regulations relating to financial crimes and asset forfeiture.
- Represent the Commission in courts of law and tribunals across Nigeria.
- Maintain comprehensive case records and adhere strictly to professional ethics and statutory guidelines.
- Must be a Nigerian citizen of good character and proven integrity.
- Degree in Law from a recognized institution and possession of an NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
- Membership in relevant professional legal associations will be an added advantage.
- Possession of basic computer literacy and proficiency in legal research tools.
- Must be medically fit with a certificate of fitness from a government-approved hospital.
- Must have no criminal record and no tattoos on any part of the body.
