Key Responsibilities- Perform professional loc installations, maintenance, and repair services for various hair textures.
- Execute precise retwisting, interlocking, and custom loc styling techniques.
- Consult with clients to assess their hair health and recommend personalized natural hair care routines.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation in compliance with salon hygiene standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong relationships to encourage client retention.
- Proven professional experience as a Loctitian in a reputable salon environment.
- Deep knowledge of natural hair anatomy, scalp health, and maintenance best practices.
