Key Responsibilities- Perform professional eyelash extension applications, including classic, volume, and hybrid sets, tailored to each client's eye shape and preference.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their desired look, assess natural lash health, and recommend appropriate styles.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene, ensuring all tools, work stations, and equipment are properly sterilized before and after use.
- Provide expert aftercare advice to clients to ensure the longevity of their lash extensions and overall eye health.
- Perform lash fills, touch-ups, and safe removal services with precision and care.
- Contribute to a welcoming, tranquil, and luxurious salon environment that aligns with the Mercy Whyte brand.
- Proven professional experience working as a Lash Artist in a reputable beauty salon or spa.
- Relevant certification or training in eyelash extension application and advanced techniques.
- Strong understanding of eye safety, sanitation protocols, and lash health.
- Exceptional attention to detail with steady hands and a creative eye for aesthetic symmetry.
