We are currently looking for a talented and visionary Professional Graphics Designer to join our growing corporate communications team. Key Responsibilities- Design and produce engaging marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, banners, and digital ads for real estate property listings and construction projects.
- Develop creative visual content for our social media channels, website, and digital marketing campaigns to drive audience engagement and lead generation.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to conceptualize campaigns that effectively showcase our properties and infrastructure ventures.
- Maintain brand consistency across all print and digital touchpoints, ensuring high professional standards are met consistently.
- Prepare presentation decks, architectural visualization graphics, and corporate pitch materials for prospective investors and clients.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery from concept to final production.
- Candidates must possess a relevant degree, diploma, or professional certification in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the real estate, construction, or corporate marketing sectors.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional creativity, typography, layout skills, and visual storytelling abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
