About the Role
Aiben Properties (AIBEN Investment and Properties Limited) is a prominent Nigerian real estate development and investment company established in 2011, delivering exceptional residential, commercial, and luxury resort developments primarily across Abuja and Lagos. We are currently looking for a dynamic and creative Experienced Architect to join our growing team and contribute to the delivery of cutting-edge architectural designs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive architectural designs and concepts for diverse residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and precise project specifications.
- Coordinate seamlessly with structural and MEP consultants to ensure holistic project integration.
- Review drawings meticulously to guarantee compliance with approved designs and local building regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and maintain high standards of quality.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and other vital project stakeholders.
- Assist in securing planning approvals and handling statutory documentation processes.
- Produce high-quality 3D architectural visualizations, renders, and walkthroughs.
- Identify design and construction challenges promptly and provide innovative, practical solutions.
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience within the real estate development, construction, or architectural practice sector.
- Professional registration with ARCON or a recognized relevant body is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and various 3D visualization tools.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, construction methods, and modern materials.
- Exceptional artistic skills with proven expertise in producing compelling 3D renders.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project coordination abilities with great attention to detail.
