About the Role
Emerald Realty & Construction Limited is a premier, chartered multidisciplinary real estate development, project management, and construction firm based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. We are currently looking for a talented and visionary Professional Graphics Designer to conceptualize and execute engaging visual materials for our diverse portfolio of infrastructure and property ventures. In this role, you will play a crucial part in translating our brand vision into stunning visual stories that resonate with prospective clients, investors, and stakeholders within the competitive Nigerian real estate market.
Key Responsibilities- Design compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, digital banners, and social media graphics to promote ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
- Develop high-quality architectural presentations, 3D visualization mockups, and corporate branding materials in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print platforms, ensuring alignment with Emerald Realty & Construction Limited corporate identity.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines without compromising on creativity or attention to detail.
- Prepare production-ready files for various printing mediums and digital channels, coordinating with external vendors when necessary.
- Stay updated with current design trends, software advancements, and digital marketing strategies to continuously improve our visual communications.
- Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
- Proven professional experience working as a graphics designer, preferably within the real estate, construction, or advertising agency sector.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and CorelDRAW.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative skills, typography, layout composition, and branding capabilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in Port Harcourt.
