About the Role
Gramaze Healthcare is a registered, technology-driven home healthcare organisation and digital coordination platform based in Nigeria. We specialize in connecting families, qualified caregivers, and medical professionals through integrated technological workflows, ensuring clinical care delivery is structured, transparent, and highly personalized. We are currently looking for four compassionate and skilled Professional Caregivers to join our growing team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide compassionate, high-quality, and personalized daily care to patients in their homes.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any significant changes in patient health to the medical team.
- Administer medications and follow prescribed care plans accurately through our digital coordination platform.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Interested candidates should possess a valid Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) license or a recognized caregiving certificate.
- Proven experience in caregiving or clinical healthcare delivery is a strong advantage.
- Strong empathy, patience, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
